The facility has an annual production capacity of approximately 1,000 tons of M-type Bioserica Pro® staple fiber and approximately 20 million pairs of Bioserica Era® antimicrobial and odor-suppressing socks. Bioserica has implemented stringent production protocols and quality assurance measures to ensure the high-quality of its products throughout the entire manufacturing process. Bioserica’s inhouse facility spans approximately 22,000 square meters, and houses one comprehensive production line for Bioserica Pro® fiber applying O-S Technology and 250 fully automatic knitting and turning sewing machines for Bioserica Era® antimicrobial and odor-suppressing socks. The facility employs environmentally friendly and recyclable SCF Technology to achieve green production.
